Shipping

Each piece is handmade to order, just for you. Please allow up to *3–4 weeks* for your item to be crafted and dispatched. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. 

I'm a one woman team, but If you need something by a specific date, feel free to get in touch before ordering and I’ll do my best to accommodate where possible.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped from the UK using reliable tracked services to keep your parcel safe on its journey.

Delivery times

• UK: 2–5 working days after dispatch

• Europe: 1–2 weeks after dispatch

• USA & Canada: 1–3 weeks after dispatch

• Rest of the world: 2–4 weeks after dispatch

(Please note these are estimates — occasional customs delays can happen.)

Customs & Import Fees *
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by their country’s postal service. These are not included in my prices and vary by location. Each order takes *3-4 weeks* to be fulfilled, this does not include shipping time.

Returns

Because all items are made to order, I kindly ask that you consider purchases carefully before ordering. That said, I want you to absolutely love your piece.

If something isn’t quite right, I’m always happy to help fix the issue where possible — whether that’s adjusting the fit, fixings, or chatting through what went wrong. Please email me within 7 days of receiving your order to start the conversation.

In some cases, returns or exchanges may be accepted, but as a one-woman brand managing materials and cash flow carefully, I really appreciate the chance to make things right first.
